Vonnp

Vonnp (Vonoprazan as Fumarate) Tablet is used to treat gastric ulcers, duodenal ulcers, reflux esophagitis, and prevention and control of recurrence of gastric during low-dose aspirin administration, also prohibiting recurrence of gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer during non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).

Vonnp Tablets is composed of Vonoprazan. It is an addition to helicobacter pylori eradication in the following settings like Gastric ulcer, gastric mucosa-associated lymphatic tissue (MALT) lymphoma, duodenal ulcer, and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.

This medicine is a potassium-competitive acid blocker “PCAB”. It competitively prohibits the essential of K ions to hydrogen/potassium-adenosine triphosphate enzyme system that works as the proton pump of the gastric parietal cell, by inhibiting gastric acid production.
