Terbiderm Forte
Terbiderm Forte (Terbinafine Tablets USP) tablets are oral antifungal agent, it is used for the treatment of fungal infections of the skin & nails. it not only cures but also prevents their recurrence.
It is manufactured by ATCO LABORATORIES LIMITED.
Package contains: Each Package contains 10 film coated tablets of 250mg & leaf inserted. It is also available in 125mg tablets.
Composition: 
Each tablet contains:
Terbinafine 250mg.
(As Terbinafine HCI BP)
Dosage: Use as directed by the physician.
For adults once a day or as prescribed by your physician. Preferable to take with meals. Not for children under 2 years of age.
Indication: Please see the enclosed direction circular. According to the enclosed direction circular indicated for the following: Fungal infections of the skin, hair & nails are caused by dermatophytes such as Trichophyton (e.g T.Rubrum, T.Verrucosum, T.Tonsurans, T.Violaceum), Microsporum canis, and Epide-miophyton floccosum.
Terbiderm Forte is indicated in the treatment of ringworm (tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea cruris, tinea pedis, and tinea capitis) and yeast infections of the skin caused by the genus candida (e.g Candida albicans) where oral therapy is considered appropriate owing to the site, severity or extent of the infection.
Onychomycosis (fungal infection of the nail) caused by dermatophyte fungi. Note: in contra to topical Terbiderm, oral Terbiderm is not effective in pityriasis versicolor.
Side effects: It is well-tolerated but some common side effects are feeling of fullness, loss of appetite, dyspepsia, nausea, mild abdominal pain, and diarrhea.
Instructions: 
Do not store & transport above 30°C.
Protect from heat, light, and moisture.
Keep out of the reach of children.
