TELMIS-A (Telmisartan / Amlodipine) Tablets U.S.P. 40mg/5mg is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and cardiovascular prevention.

Package contains: Each package of TELMIS-A contains fully coated 14 tablets of 40mg/5mg & full prescribing information inside.

Composition:

Each tablet contains:

Telmisartan U.S.P  40mg

Amlodipine as Besylate B.P 5mg

Instructions:

 Dosage as directed by the physician.

 Store at 20⁰C-25⁰C, excursions permitted to 15⁰ C-30⁰C.

Protect from sunlight and moisture.

Keep all medicines out of the reach of children.

To be sold on the prescription of a registered medical practitioner only.

Side Effects: Dizziness or lightheadedness may occur as your body adjusts to the medication. Swelling hands/ankles/feet or flushing may also occur.

If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.

Contraindications: It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the drug, Biliary obstructive disorder, and severe hepatic impairment.
