Tasmi (Telmisartan) tablet is used for hypertension. It is a medicine that can control high blood pressure in hypertension patients. It lowers the high blood pressure.

Package contains: Each pack of this medicine contains 14’s tablets of 40mg. It is also available as: Tasmi 20mg/80mg.

How it works:

Tasmi tablet contains Telmisartan. Telmisartan is an anti-hypertensive agent. It reduces blood pressure. It is an angiotensin 2 blocker and works by blocking the effect of this chemical.

This is how it controls high blood pressure and prevents issues like heart attack, kidney issues, and strokes.

Side effects:

Every product with an active ingredient has side effects, however, they are rare. Common side-effects are;

  • Diarrhea Tasmi-Back
  • Sinus pain
  • Sore throat
  • Flu-like symptoms
  • Headache
  • Muscle pain
  • Upset stomach

Instructions:

  • Store at 25o C (Excursions permitted between 15o C-30o C).
  • Protect from heat, light, and moisture.
