Rosera

Rosera (Rosuvastatin) Tablet is used along with a proper diet to help lower “bad” cholesterol and fats and raise “good” cholesterol (HDL) in the blood. It belongs to a group of drugs known as “statins.”

How it works: It works by reducing the amount of cholesterol made by the liver. Lowering “bad” cholesterol and triglycerides & raising “good” cholesterol decreases the risk of heart disease and helps to prevent strokes & heart attacks. In addition to eating a proper diet, other lifestyle changes that may help this medication work better include exercising, losing weight if overweight.

Package contains: Each pack of Rosera contains 10’s tablets of 10mg. Also available as: Rosera Tablet 5mg/15mg.

Rosuvastatin calcium eq. to

Rosuvastatin 10mg

Dosage:

  • As directed by the physician.
  • For oral use only.

Instructions:

  • Store between 15oC to 30oC.
  • Improper storage may deteriorate the medicine.
  • Avoid exposure to heat, light and humidity.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Only to be sold on prescription of a registered medical practitioner.

Side effects:

Some side effects may be caused by Rosera but they are extremely rare.

Common side-effects are;

  • Headache
  • Weakness Rosera-back
  • Dizziness
  • Sore throat

Some serious side effects may also occur;

  • Muscle pain
  • Joint pain
  • Signs of kidney problems
  • Unusual tiredness
