QalSium-D (Calcium Carbonate with Vitamin D3) are chewable tablets manufactured in sugar-free composition.
Package contains: 40 chewable tablets. 
Composition:
These are pleasant-tasting orange-flavored tablets.
Each chewable tablet contains:
Calcium Carbonate (GSK Specs) 1250 mg.
(500 mg Elemental Calcium).
Vitamin D3 (GSK Specs) 125 i.u.
Excipients: Mannitol, Citric Acid, Polyethylene glycol, Povidone, Aspartame, FD&C Yellow 5&6, Magnesium stearate & Orange Durarome.
QalSium-D is also available in composition with sugar along with several different flavors
Usual Dosage: Adults, Elderly, and Children above 12 years of age: 1 to 2 chewable tablets per day, preferably one tablet each morning and evening.
Uses: QalSium-D is used for high strength for strong bones and teeth. It can be used as a supplement of vitamin D and calcium. Using this medicine can prevent osteoporosis and bone decay in women. 
Precautions:
- All medicine should be kept out of the reach of children.
- Protect from heat, light and moisture.
- Use for oral purposes only.
- Do not rely entirely on this medicine for calcium and vitamin D intake.
Side effects: Excessive use of these tablets can create stones in organs. Relying on this supplement completely can cause a deficiency of calcium and vitamin in the body.
