Pelton-C (Domperidone Maleate + Cinnarizine) are 10×10 tablets. Domperidone maleate works by blocking dopamine receptors, which helps the stomach contract and empty faster while also reducing nausea signals sent to the brain. It is commonly used to relieve nausea and vomiting and to improve gastrointestinal motility, meaning the movement of food through the stomach and intestines.

Uses: PELTON-C tablets are indicated for:

Adults: Chronic gastritis, gastroparesis, regurgitant esophagitis, and agastric syndrome.

Children: Periodic vomiting.

Drug-induced: Dyspepsia such as nausea, vomiting, and anorexia, abdominal distention, epigastric discomfort, and abdominal pain.

Pregnancy: The drug should be administered to pregnant women when judged that the potential benefit justifies the potential risk.

Lactations: Administration in large amounts should be avoided in nursing mothers.

Side Effects: It can cause occasional diarrhoea, constipation, abdominal pressure, and rarely dry mouth, heartburn, nausea & vomiting.
