Norplat-S

Norplat-S (Clopidogrel + Aspirin) tablet is used to prevent heart attacks and strokes in persons with heart disease (recent heart attack), recent stroke, or blood circulation disease (peripheral vascular disease).

Package Contains: Each Package of Norplat-S contains 10 tablets of 75mg+75mg.

Composition: Norplat-S

Each Film-coated tablet contains:

Clopidogrel Bisulfate USP eq. to Clopidogrel 75mg.

Aspirin USP 75mg.

Missed dose:

  • Take the missed dose as soon as you remember.
  • Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose.
  • Do not take extra medicine to make up for the missed dose.

How it works: Norplat-S: Clopidogrel bisulfate, aspirin. Norplat is an inhibitor of ADP-induced platelet aggregation. It reduces the chance of having a heart attack or a stroke in people who have already had a heart attack or a stroke.

The more common side effects that can occur with Norplat-S include:

Clopidogrel + Aspirin (Norplat-S) is generally well tolerated. However, following are the few adverse effects reported during treatment.

  • Gastrointestinal disturbances.
  • Diarrhea. Norplat-S-back
  • Abdominal pain.
  • Indigestion.
  • Nausea and heart burn.
  • Dermatological reactions.
  • Rash.
  • Pruritus.

If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor or pharmacist promptly.

Storage: Store between 20°C (Excursions permitted between 15°C To 30°C). Protect from sunlight & moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
