Normisar

Normisar (Telmisartan tablet USP) Tablet is used to treat the symptoms of hypertension and cardiovascular disorders such as atherosclerosis. It is also recommended in patients with type 2 diabetes with target organ damage.

Normisar Tablet is composed of Telmisartan as the active ingredient and belongs to the class of antihypertensive drugs. It works by blocking the vasoconstrictor action and relaxing the blood vessels.

It lowers blood pressure. Lowering blood pressure helps prevent heart attacks, strokes, and kidney damage

Common side effects are:

  • Sore throat Normisar-back
  • Muscle pain
  • Diarrhea
  • Nausea
  • Dry mouth
  • Abdominal pain
  • Headache
  • Back pain 
  • Stomach upset

Some serious side effects may also occur:

  • Chest pain
  • Lower the blood pressure
  • Persistent Vomiting and Nausea 
  • Increased blood pressure 
  • Kidney disease 
  • Unusual tiredness
