Mosegor

Mosegor (Pizotifen) is used for the treatment of headaches such as; vasomotor headaches, vascular headaches, cluster headaches, and migraines. These headaches occur when is a temporary change in the small blood vessels in the brain.

Package contains: Each pack of Mosegor contains 30’s tablets of 0.5mg. Also Available in the following packings: Mosegor Syrup.

Composition: Mosegor

Each film coated tablet contains:

Pizotifen (as hydrogen malate) 0.5mg

Dosage:

  • As directed by the physician. (See directions for use enclosed)

How it works: Mosegor Tablet is composed of Pizotifen, which belongs to a group of medicines known as anti-migraines drugs. It shows effectiveness by stopping the change in the size of blood vessels in the brain. It also helps by preventing severe headaches from happening and reduces symptoms of pain during headaches.

Instructions:

  • Store below 30oC.
  • Protect from light, heat and moisture.
  • Keep all medicine out of reach of children.
  • To be sold on the prescription of a registered medical practitioner.

Side effects:

Some side effects may be caused by this medicine, but they are extremely rare. Common side-effects are;

  • Dizziness Mosegor-back
  • Increased appetite
  • Sedation
  • Drowsiness
  • Dry mouth
  • Nausea
  • Headaches

Some serious side effects may also occur;

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Aggression
  • Severe dizziness
  • Breathing problems
  • Rash
  • Itching
