Each tablet contains: VITAMIN D3 (USP) (Cholecalciferol) 5000 IU.

For your protection: Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing.

Recommended Dosage: Take one (1) to two (2) tablets daily as a dietary supplement or as directed by the physician. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Uses: It has Vitamin D3 to support bone growth, improve calcium absorption & boosts immunity.

Its ingredient Cholecalciferol, also known as vitamin D₃ or colecalciferol, is a type of vitamin D that is produced by the skin when exposed to UVB light; it is found in certain foods and can be taken as a dietary supplement. Cholecalciferol is synthesised in the skin following sunlight exposure.

Cholecalciferol is needed by the body for healthy bones, muscles, nerves, and to support the immune system. It works by helping the body to use more of the calcium found in foods or supplements. It is also important for the skin.

Side Effects: It may cause stomach pain, nausea & headache. Taking too much colecalciferol over a long period of time can cause a skin rash & can also cause high levels of calcium (Too much calcium in the blood can lead to hypercalcemia).
