Lorate (Loratadine) Tablet is used for the treatment of allergic symptoms such as; watery eyes, sneezing, runny nose, itching, sneezing, & swelling caused by hay fever. It is also used to treat itching from hives. 
Package contains: It contains 10 tablets of 10mg in its pack.
Composition:
Each film coated tablet contains:
Loratadine (micronized) USP 10mg

Dosage: Adults and children over 12 years one tablet once daily or to be taken as directed by the physician. For more details see enclosed leaflet.
Uses: Lorate Tablet is composed of Loratadine which belongs to a group of medicines known as antihistamines. It shows effectiveness by blocking the activity of histamines (natural substances) in the body that cause allergic symptoms. It will not show effectiveness against serious allergic reactions like anaphylaxis.
Side Effects:
Some side effects may be caused by this medicine, but they are extremely rare. Common side-effects are;
- Weakness
- Headache
- Mouth sores
- Dry mouth
- Sore throat
- Nosebleeding
- Difficulty sleeping
- Nervousness
Some serious side effects may also occur;
- Rash
- Itching
- Severe dizziness
- Breathing problems
- Swelling of face, tongue, or throat
Instructions:
- Store at a temperature 30o C and humidity below 60%.
- Protect from light. Keep all medicine out of reach of children.
- To be sold on the prescription of a registered medical practitioner only.
