Kelwin-D Calcium Supplement by WINLET is a dietary supplement enriched with Magnesium, 2 x 10 Tablets. It is used for pregnancy and lactation, osteoporosis, etc.

Composition/ Supplement Facts:  Kelwin-D

Each tablet contains:

Calcium carbonate (USP) 500 mg

Vitamin D3 (USP) 400 IU

Magnesium (USP) 250 mg.

Dosage: Take 1–2 tablets daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by the health advisor.

Uses/ Indications: It is indicated for the following:

  • Pregnancy & Lactation.
  • Old Age.
  • Osteoporosis.
  • Fractures.
  • Tooth Decay.
  • Osteopenia.

Calcium: Builds and maintains strong bones.
Vitamin D3: Helps your body absorb the calcium.
Magnesium: Activates the Vitamin D and supports bone density.

Warning & Precautions:

High Calcium Levels: Avoid this if you have hypercalcemia (too much calcium in your blood) or hypercalciuria (too much calcium in your urine).

Heart Conditions: High doses of calcium can interact with certain heart medications (like digoxin).

Kidney Issues: If you have kidney disease or a history of kidney stones, calcium and magnesium can accumulate or worsen stones.

Check your medications: Calcium and magnesium can bind to certain medications (like antibiotics or thyroid drugs), making them less effective. It is usually best to separate them by at least two hours, but check with a pharmacist or doctor to be sure.

Side Effects: Like all medicines, Kelwin-D may cause some common side effects, such as:

  • Constipation.
  • Bloating.
  • Gas (flatulence).
  • Mild abdominal pain.

Taking the tablet with a meal usually prevents or lessens these issues.

Cautions: Keep out of the reach of children. Store at a cool & dry place.
