Each film coated tablet contains:

Vitamin C (USP) 500 mg

Vitamin E (USP) 30 IU

Nicotinamide (USP) 100 mg

Calcium Pantothenate (USP) 20 mg

Vitamin B1 (USP) 15 mg

Vitamin B2 (USP) 15 mg

Vitamin B6 (USP) 20 mg

Vitamin B12 (USP) 12 mcg

Folic Acid (USP) 150 mcg

Zinc (USP) 15 mg

Dosage: Adults and children above 12 years. The recommended dose is one tablet per day, taken with food. Or use as directed by the physician.

  • Mild acne (sometimes linked to high biotin).

Warning & precautions:

  • Do not exceed the recommended dose.

  • If you are taking blood thinners, consult your doctor (vitamin E interaction).
