ETO-50
ETO-50 (ITOPRIDE HYDROCHLORIDE) is indicated for the relief of epigastric pain syndrome postprandial distress syndrome. It is also indicated for the sensation of bloating, loss of appetite, upper abdominal pain or discomfort, and Nausea and Vomiting related to functional Dyspepsia.
Presentation: Each package contains 10 tablets each of 50mg. 
Composition:
Each film coated tablet contains:
Itopride Hydrochloride 50mg.
Dosage: The recommended dosage of ETO-50 is to use as one tablet thrice a day before meals. As prescribed by the physician or see package insert for full information.
Adverse Reactions:
Indications of an allergic reaction are:
- Inflammations
- Swelling
- Itching
- Irritation
Other possible side effects of this medicine are
- An increase in prolactin
- Feelings of irritation, headaches, insomnia and giddiness, exhaustion, pains in the chest and back pains
- Pains in the abdomen, diarrhea and rise in salivation
Interactions: Avoid anticholinergic drugs during Itopride Hydrochloride therapy as they may affect the effectiveness of Itopride Hydrochloride. Anti-ulcer medication, of the likes of ranitidine, doesn’t affect the effectiveness of Itopride Hydrochloride
Instructions::
Store at room temperature below 30°C and protect from heat, light, and moisture.
Keep out of the reach of the children.
Don’t crush or chew the tablets or capsules.
Keep taking the medicine even if you feel well to get the most benefit from it.
Warnings:
The use of this medicine during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not recommended.
It is highly possible that the medicine is passed through the mother’s milk.
