Ekstra by AsianContinental is a vitamin B complex, C, D, E, iron, folic acid, selenium & zinc, 30 tablets. It is used as a nutritional supplement to help prevent vitamin and mineral deficiencies and support overall health, energy, immunity, and normal body functions.

Dosage: Adult: 1 tablet daily or as directed by the healthcare professionals. If you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication, consult your doctor before use.
