Dosteril
Dosteril (Tramadol Hydrochloride + Paracetamol) tablets are used to treat hypertension in adult patients and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older in order to lower blood pressure. It is generally prescribed to patients having congestive heart failure, high blood pressure or the patients who have recently suffered a heart attack. The tablet is indicated to reduces the signs and symptoms of systolic heart failure.

Each package consists of 3 packets having 10 tables each.
Composition:
Each film coated tablet contains:
Tramadol HCL 37.5mg
Paracetamol 325mg.
Dosage:
The recommended dosage is 10mg per day taken orally. But it is adjustable according to blood pressure response.
Usual dosage range is 20 to 40mg per day.
Doses up to 80 mg have been used but didn’t give great results.
Precautions:
-Store in a cool and dry place. 
-Store below 30 Degree.
-Keep out the reach of children.
-To be sold on the presentation of a registered medical practitioner.

-Never take extra dose of tablets against physician instructions.
Warning:
Never take medicine dosage if date expired.
Heavy dosage of these tablets may cause hypertension, heart failure, nausea, headache, fatigue and vomiting etc.
Immediately consult your doctor if any of these conditions get worsen.
