Crafilm (APR’S Specifications, Sucralfate USP, Calcium carbonate BP) tablet is composed of Sucralfate which belongs to a group of medicines known as protectants. It shows effectiveness by sticking to damaged ulcers and tissues and protecting against enzymes and acids so that healing can occur.

Uses: This medicine is used for the treatment of EPIGASTRIC DISTRESS SYNDROME. It is used for the prevention and treatment of ulcers in the intestines.

Composition:

Each chewable tablet contains:

Sucralfate USP 250mg

Calcium carbonate BP 100mg

APR’S Specifications.

Dosage: As directed by the physician. Product should be administered before each meal and at bedtime.

Adults: 1-2 tablets. Crafilm-back

Children: 6-12 years: 1/2 – 1 tablet.

1-6 years: 1/4 – 1/2 tablet.

Indications: Epigastric Distress Syndrome (EDS) includes different upper abdominal complaints, Non-ulcer dyspepsia, Flatulent, Essential dyspepsia, Gastritis.

Contraindications: There are no contraindications to the use of Crafilm Chewable Tablets. However, use in pregnancy or lactation with caution.

Precautions: Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Side effects: The only side effect found in the patients is constipation.

Cautions: Protect from direct sunlight. Store below 30ᵒC. Keep out of reach of children. Use as directed by the physician.
