Astadol
Astadol (Tramadol HCl + Paracetamol) Tablet is a pain reliever usually prescribed to relieve minor pain caused by conditions such as arthritis, tendonitis, bruising, cramping, back pain, muscle strains, and bursitis.
Package contains: Astadol contains 20’s film coated tablets of 37.5mg/325mg in its pack. 
Composition:
Each film coated tablet contains:
Tramadol HCl 37.5mg
Paracetamol 325mg

Uses: It is a combination medication. It is composed of Tramadol and Paracetamol. It is used as an Analgesic and a minor Pain killer. It works by temporarily relieving minor pain.
Precautions: Use with caution having brain disorders, Asthma, Sleep apnea, COPD, Kidney disease, Liver disease, Confusion, Depression, Addiction to drugs or alcohol), intestinal problems, Gallbladder disease, Pancreatitis, Obesity.
Every medicine has side effects. However, they are extremely rare. Common side-effects of this medicine include;
- Abdominal pain
- Nausea
- Vertigo
- Ataxia
- Drowsiness
- Allergic reactions in case of Hypersensitivity to the drug or its components
