Anafortan Plus
Anafortan Plus (Phloroglucinol/Trimethylphloroglucinol) Tablet is prescribed to treat various symptoms associated with conditions, such as blockage of the urinary tract, bile duct, intestinal blockage, or even painful periods. The symptoms can manifest as severe stomach pain, bloating, cramps, etc.
How it works: Anafortan Plus Tablet is classified under Pain medications. It is composed of Phloroglucinol and Trimethylphloroglucinol, making it a combination medicine. It is primarily used as an antispasmodic.
An antispasmodic is a medicine that acts on the smooth muscles in the gastrointestinal and urogenital pathways. It relieves the pain associated with spasms.
Package contains: Each pack of Anafortan Plus contains 30’s tablets of 80mg. 
Composition:
Each sugar-coated tablet contains:
Hydrated Phloroglucinol (B.P Specs) 80mg.
(Corresponding to anhydrous Phloroglucinol 62.233mg)
Trimethylphloroglucinol (AGP Specs) 80mg.
Dosage: 1 to 2 tablets three times daily or as directed by the physician. (See directions for use enclosed)
Instructions:
- Don’t store below 25oC.
- Protect from light, heat and moisture.
- Keep all medicine out of reach of children.
- To be sold on the prescription of a registered medical practitioner only.
