ORIBRO

ORIBRO (Cefpodoxime) is TABROS 40mg/5ml banana flavour granules for oral suspension, it is a 3rd generation Cephalosporin antibiotic, 50 ml (on reconstitution). It is an antibiotic used for severe infections, offering superior Gram-negative coverage.

Package Contains: Each Oribro package contains a suspension bottle of (40mg/5ml) 50ml (syrup on reconstitution) & a leaflet.

Directions For Reconstitution:

  • Add previously boiled and cooled water upto the cup marking to the contents in the bottle, invert and shake to wet the powder.
  • Then add further water upto the cup marking and shake well to make a 50ml suspension.
  • Reconstituted suspension can be used within 10 days when stored in a refrigerator.

Uses: ORIBRO is commonly used for:

  • Respiratory tract infections, Bronchitis, Pneumonia.
  • Ear infections (otitis media).
  • Throat and tonsil infections.
  • Sinus infections (sinusitis).
  • Urinary tract infections (UTI).
  • Skin and soft tissue infection.

Side Effects: Like all medicines, Oribro may cause some side effects, such as:

  • Diarrhea. Oribro back
  • Nausea.
  • Vomiting.
  • Stomach pain.
  • Headache.

Instruction:

Protect from light and moisture.

Store below 30°C.

Keep all medicines out of the reach of children.

Shake well before use.

For oral use only.

Close the cap tightly after every use.
