Novidat
Novidat is dry powder 125mg/5ml for suspension and becomes 60ml approximately, after reconstitution.
It is manufactured by SAMI Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.) Ltd and belongs to the category of Infection. 
Each 5ml of reconstituted suspension contains Ciprofloxacin HCI USP, equivalent to Ciprofloxacin 125mg.
Description:
It is used for the treatment of severe bacterial infections. They only work with specific strains of bacteria. Respiratory tract, urinary tract, genital tract infections in men and women, stomach and intra-abdominal infections, skin and soft tissue, bone and joint infections.
Direction for reconstitution:
Shake the bottle to loosen the mass.
Add one time filled provided cup (50ml) with freshly boiled cold water into the bottle.
Shake well to form a uniform suspension.
Usual Dosage:
Children (1 – 17 years): 10 – 20mg/kg body weight twice daily or as directed by the physician.
For oral use only. Replace cap securely after use. 
Keep out of reach of children.
Avoid exposure to heat, light and humidity
Store between 15 to 30°C
Improper storage may deteriorate the medicine.
The reconstituted suspension should be kept at 8 – 15°C, so that potency of the product remains stable and be used within 14 days.
Side effects:
Diarrhea, dizziness, lightheartedness, headache or trouble sleeping may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
Precaution:
It can be taken with meals that include milk, you should not take ciprofloxacin with dairy products alone or with calcium-fortified products.
Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: diabetes, heart problems (such as recent heart attack), joint/tendon problems (such as tendonitis, bursitis), kidney disease, liver disease, mental/mood disorders (such as depression) etc.
