Muconyl
Muconyl Expectorant syrup is a 60 ml sugar-free syrup, which is used for the relief of Bronchospasms and Congestion.
Pack contains: One pack of this medicine contains 60 ml syrup.
Composition: 
Each 5 ml contains:
Terbutaline sulphate 1.5 mg
Guaiphenesin 66.5 mg
Precautions:
Store below 30°C.
Protect from light and moisture.
Keep out of reach of children.
Use only on medical advice.
For oral use only.
Indications: Bronchial asthma, Chronic bronchitis, and other lung diseases where bronchospasm and secretion are complicating factors.
Dosage & Administration:
The dosage should be Individualized for any patient.
Adults: 2 – 3 teaspoonfuls (10-15m1) 3 limes in 24 hours or as described by a doctor.
Elderly: Dosage as for adults.
Children: (0.25m1)/kg body weight 3 times in 24hr or as described by a doctor.
Under 3 years: 1/2 teaspoonful. 
3-5 years. 1/2 to 1 teaspoonful.
6-12 years. 1-11/2 teaspoonful.
Over 12 years: Adult dose.
If an adequate response is not obtained with this dose, it may be doubled provided adverse reactions are not pronounced.
It contains no color and is sugar-free, has a raspberry flavor.
Precautions/Warnings:
Caution in patients with uncontrolled hyperthyroidism, hypertrophic, cardiomyopathy, and diabetes.
Beta-2-agonists have an arrhythmogenic potential Hypokalemia may result when given along with xanthine derivatives, steroids, and diuretics or by hypoxia.
Adverse effects:
Tremors, headache, hypersensitivity, cramps, and pupitation.
