Heptocam

Heptocam (Silymarin + Vitamin) 120ml Syrup is composed of Silymarin and belongs to the category of Hepatitis. It is a liver protector. It is used for all liver diorders.

It is used as Hepato-protective, adjunctive therapy in the treatment of liver disease, protect the liver from damage caused by general anesthesia.

Composition:

Each teaspoonful (5ml) contains:

Silymarin MS 105 mg.

Vitamin B¹ USP 8 mg.

Vitamin B² USP 8 mg.

Nicotinamide USP 24 mg.

Vitamin B⁶ USP 8 mg.

Calcium pantothenate USP 16 mg.

Vitamin B¹² USP 25 mcg.

Dosage:

Children: in acute conditions: Two teaspoonfuls twice daily. In maintenance conditions:  One teaspoonful twice daily.

Adults: Two teaspoonfuls twice daily or as directed by the physician.

Side Effects:

It can cause abdominal bloating/pain, Allergic reactions, Diarrhea, Gas, Indigestion.

Caution:

Store in a cool and dry place below 30°C. Protect from light and heat. Keep out of the reach of children. Shake well before use.

When not to use:

It is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to the active ingredient, and mechanical obstacles in the biliary tracts.
