Gastacid

Gastacid antacid suspension (240 ml) is a mint-flavoured dietary supplement liquid that provides instant relief from dyspepsia, gastritis, acid reflux, and nausea. Gastacid contains a combination of ingredients that protects the stomach lining and reduces burning and irritation.

Package Contains: Each Gastacid package contains a suspension bottle of 240ml.

Composition:  Each 10ml contains: Gastacid

Fennel oil (BP) 100mg

Peppermint leaf dry ext (BP) 50mg

Powder ginger ext (IP) 50mg

Dosage: Take after a meal.

Adults: 1-2 teaspoons twice daily.

Children: 1 teaspoon twice daily, or as advised by the physician.

Uses: Gastacid provides instant relief. Pharmacist-recommended. It is used for:

  • Acidity / Heartburn.
  • Acid reflux (GERD).
  • Indigestion (dyspepsia).
  • Gastritis (stomach inflammation).
  • Nausea related to acidity.
  • Stomach discomfort or burning sensation.

Side Effects: Like all medicines, it may cause some side effects, such as:

  • Constipation: common with aluminum-containing antacids.
  • Diarrhea: common with magnesium-containing antacids.
  • Nausea.
  • Mild stomach discomfort.

Instruction: Gastacid back

  • Store below 30°C.
  • Protect from Light, Heat and Moisture.
  • Keep out of the reach of children.
  • Shake well before use.
