Fedraxil

Fedraxil by Fedro Amoxicillin B.P Forte 60ml suspension (after reconstitution) in 250mg/5ml strength & strawberry flavored. Fedraxil is a penicillin-type antibiotic that treats bacterial infections in different parts of the body. It is an antibiotic and should be used only when appropriately prescribed; it does not treat viral infections such as common colds or influenza.

Package Contains: Each pack of Fedraxil contains a suspension (syrup) bottle of 60ml after reconstitution.

Composition:  Fedraxil

Each 5 ml contains:

Amoxicillin as

Amoxicillin Trihydrate B.P 250mg

(B.P. Specification).

Dosage & Administration: As directed by the physician.

To make up to 60ml/ Directions:

  • Add a little Boiled cooled water.
  • Shake the bottle until powder is dispersed, then add water upto the line on the label.
  • Shake well before taking each dose.
  • Once dispensed, the suspension must be used within 7 days.

Uses/Indications:  It is indicated for the treatment of susceptible bacterial infections, including:

Respiratory Tract: Treatment of susceptible bacterial respiratory tract infections, including pneumonia and bronchitis.

Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT): Treatment of susceptible bacterial infections such as tonsillitis, otitis media (middle-ear infection), and bacterial throat infections.

Urinary Tract: Treatment of susceptible bacterial urinary tract infections (UTIs).

Skin and Soft Tissues: Treatment of susceptible bacterial infections of the skin and soft tissues.

Note: Not every infection needs the same antibiotic. Whether amoxicillin is right for you depends on the type of infection and the bacteria causing it. For safe and effective treatment, always use Fedraxil Forte as directed by your doctor or healthcare professional.

Side Effects: Amoxicillin Trihydrate may cause some mild side effects, although not everyone experiences them. These may include:

  • Diarrhea
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Fedraxil backStomach pain or discomfort
  • Headache

Instructions/Precautions: 

  • Keep out reach of children
  • To be used under medical supervision
  • Store at temperature (25℃)
