COFDIN by Falcon is a 120 ml sugar-free cough syrup for all types of cough. It is effective for bronchitis, cough, cold, weak lungs, and other infections.

Each 10 ml contains:

Ammonium chloride (B.P.) 80mg

Ziziphusjujube (U.P.I) 40mg

Glycyrrhiza glabra (U.P.I) 60mg

Ephedra gerardiana (U.P.I) 40mg

Justicaadhatoda (U.P.I) 80mg

Cordinadichotoma (A.P.I) 80mg

Borago officinalis (U.P.I) 20mg

Punicagranatum (U.P.I) 60mg

Papaver somniferum (B.P) 30mg

Linumusitatissimum (B.P) 40mg

Dosage: Adult: 2 teaspoonfuls thrice a day.

Children: One teaspoonful twice a day.

  • Borago officinalis: Traditionally used for its soothing properties, although evidence for respiratory benefits is limited.
  • Punica granatum: Pomegranate is traditionally used to soothe throat irritation due to its astringent properties.
  • Papaver somniferum: Poppy-derived ingredients may have cough-suppressing effects, depending on the preparation and its active compounds.
  • Linum usitatissimum: Flaxseed traditionally used to soothe irritated mucous membranes, including the throat.
