Brophyl-D
Brophyl-D Stanley is a 120ml cough Syrup. It contains a combination of Acefylline Piperazine and Diphenhydramine HCl. It is commonly used for cough and breathing-related problems.
Package Contains: Each Brophyl-D package contains a syrup bottle of 120ml.
Composition: Each 5 ml contains: 
Acefylline Piperazine 45 mg
Diphenhydramine HCl (BP) 8 mg

Dosage & Administration:
- For adults, take 1–2 teaspoonfuls 3-4 times daily.
- For children aged 3–12 years, take ½ to 1 teaspoonful 3-4 times daily.
- For children aged 1–3 years, take ¼ to ½ teaspoonful 3-4 times daily.
- For infants aged 4 months to 1 year, take ¼ teaspoonful 3-4 times daily, or as prescribed by the physician.
Uses/ Indications: It is indicated for all types of cough, bronchial asthma, and chronic bronchitis etc, such as:
- Relief of dry and irritating cough.
- Helps with allergic cough.
- Reduces bronchospasm (tightening of airways).
- Provides relief in asthma-related cough.
- Helps with chest congestion and breathing difficulty.
- Useful in respiratory tract infections (as supportive treatment).
Side Effects: Like all medicines, Brophyl-D may cause some side effects, such as:
- Drowsiness or sleepiness: due to Diphenhydramine.
- Dizziness.
- Dry mouth, nose, or throat.
- Nausea or vomiting.
- Upset stomach.
Caution: Do not exceed the stated dose. It may cause drowsiness. If so, do not drive or operate machinery.
Instruction: Shake well before each use. Store in a dry place between 15–30°C. Protect from sunlight. Keep this and all medicines out of the reach of children.
