Rhino Sone-P (Naphazoline Nitrate B.P., Ephedrine Hydrochloride U.S.P, Prednisolone Acetate U.S.P.) by Schazoo SPL is a 15 ml nasal spray. It is a fast-acting anti-allergic & decongestant basically used for the relief of nasal congestion. It is a useful medication for treating mild to severe inflammation of the inner lining of the nose, nasal congestion, sensitive nasal skin, and post-nasal drip.
Package Contains: Each Rhino Sone-P package contains a 15ml spray bottle.
Composition: Each 100 ml contains: 
Naphazoline Nitrate B.P. 125 mg
Ephedrine Hydrochloride U.S.P. 500 mg
Prednisolone Acetate U.S.P. 2.5 mg
WFI q.s 100 ml

Dosage & Administration: As directed by the physician.
Directions for Use: Introduce the tip of the atomizer nozzle into the nostril, with the head kept upright, and press the spray pack with a rapid and energetic rhythm. One application after every 3-4 hours is sufficient. The nebulizer is only partly filled to leave ample air space for efficient operation.
Cautions: Don’t squeeze the bottle while the cap is on.

Detailed Uses / Indications: It is indicated for the following:
Nasal mucous membrane inflammation: The inner lining of the nose becomes swollen, irritated, or inflamed. This can happen with allergies, infections, or irritation.
Nasal congestion/blockage: The nasal passages become swollen or filled with mucus, making it difficult to breathe through the nose.
Nasal sensitivity: The nasal lining is easily irritated or sensitive, potentially causing symptoms such as irritation, discomfort, sneezing, or a runny nose.
Complications after nasal surgery: After surgery on the nose, there may be swelling, inflammation, or nasal blockage. The medicine may be used to help relieve these symptoms when prescribed by a doctor.
Mild and severe inflammation:
- Mild: slight swelling/irritation
- Severe: significant swelling, irritation, and difficulty breathing through the nose.
Warnings & Precautions:
For nasal use only. Do not swallow or use in the eyes.
Do not use for prolonged periods.
Stop and seek medical advice if congestion persists or worsens after a few days.
Do not share the spray bottle, as this can spread infection.
Keep out of reach and sight of children. Use in children only under the advice and supervision of a physician, as they may be particularly sensitive to decongestants.
Use with caution if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, fast/irregular heartbeat, diabetes, glaucoma, enlarged prostate or difficulty urinating other vascular/circulatory disorders.
