S-gliptin Plus

S-gliptin Plus (Sitagliptin + Metformin HCl) tablet is a helpful medicine to control blood sugar levels in diabetes type 2 patients.

Package contains: It contains 2×7’s tablets of 50mg + 500mg.

Composition:

Each film coated tablet contains:

Sitagliptin phosphate monohydrate equivalent to Sitagliptin 50mg

Metformin HCl USP 500mg

Dosage & administration: Please see the direction circular.

Uses: It is used for hyperglycemia or high blood sugar level control. This medicine can help prevent hyperglycemia-induced issues, conditions, and diseases like blindness, kidney damage, and nerve problems.

It is taken with a proper diet plan and exercise program.

Precautions: It should not be used in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis. Use with caution in hepatic impairment and heart failure patients.

Do not drive or use machinery after taking this medicine. Consult your doctor before breastfeeding. Please consult your doctor when taking this medicine if you are pregnant.

Side effects: It can cause nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, diarrhea, headache, or a metallic taste in the mouth may occur. A tablet may also appear in your stool.

Instructions: Keep out of reach of children. Use only on medical advice. For oral use only. Store below 30°C (Excursions permitted between 15-30°C). Protect from light and moisture.
