Reltus

Reltus (Ammonium Chloride, Chlorpheniramine Maleate & Phenylephrine Hydrochloride) syrup is a cough expectorant & is honey flavored. It is a combination of Ammonium Chloride, Chlorpheniramine Maleate & Phenylephrine Hydrochloride.

Indications: When expectoration is required to keep the respiratory tract clear from sputum in allergic cough, asthmatic cough, bronchitis, and respiratory tract congestion.

Package contains:  Each package contains Reltus syrup of 120ml.

Composition:

Each 5ml contains:
Ammonium Chloride USP 100mg

Chlorpheniramine Maleate BP 2mg

Phenylephrine Hydrochloride HCI BP 5mg

Dosage:

Adults: 1 to 2 teaspoonfuls 3 to 4 times daily.

Children above 6 years: ½ to 1 teaspoonfuls 3 to 4 times daily or as prescribed by the Physician.

Shake well before use. Replace cap surely after use.

Contraindications: Reltus is contraindications in patients who are hypersensitive to any components of this product.

Side effects: There are some common side effects such as nausea, vomiting & dry mouth, etc. if you have noticed any possible side effects go to the doctor promptly.

Instructions: Keep all medicines out of the reach of children. Keep away from light & excessive heat. Dosage as directed by the physician. Only for medical use on prescription.
