Each 5gm sachet contains:

Myo-Inositol (BP) 2000 mg

D-Chiro-inositol   50mg.

L-methylfolate (BP) 500 mcg

Vitamin D3 (BP) 1000 IU

Suggested Dosage: 1 to 2 Sachets daily. Or as advised by the healthcare provider.
