Neplo
Neplo ophthalmic nepafenac eye drop is used to treat eye pain, redness, and swelling in patients who are recovering from cataract surgery (procedure to treat clouding of the lens in the eye). Neplo ophthalmic solution is indicated for the treatment of pain and inflammation associated with cataract surgery. Nepafenac is in a class of medications called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
How does it work : Nepafenac belongs to a class of drugs known as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It works by blocking certain natural substances (prostaglandins) in your body that cause pain and swelling.
Nepafenac eye drops may cause side effects.
Tell your doctor if any of these symptoms are severe or do not go away:
- Headache.
- Runny nose.
- Pain or pressure in the face.
- Nausea.
- Vomiting.
- Dry, itchy, or sticky eyes.
Excipients : Mannitol, Sodium Chloride, Tyloxapol, Edetate Disodium, and Benzalkonium Chloride 0.005% as preservative.
Each ml contains:
Nephafenac 1 mg.

Keep out of reach of children.
