Lexof  (Levofloxacin) is a 500mg tablet.

Pack contains: One pack contains 10 tablets, and an instruction leaflet is enclosed.

Composition:

Each film coated tablet contains:

Levofloxacin (as Levofloxacin Hemihydrate) 500mg (USP Spec’s).

Dosage

Uses:

Lefox is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that belongs to the fluoroquinolone antibiotic class. It battles bacterial ailments such as tuberculosis, pneumonia, laryngitis, cellulitis, gastroenteritis, acute or chronic bronchitis, urinary tract infections, tonsillitis, anthrax, and plague.

This antibiotic is also used to treat infections of the pelvis, kidney, prostate, and skin. This tablet is used to treat a variety of skin and skin structure infections, as well as dangerous urinary tract infections such acute pyelonephritis.

Side effects: Some people may experience hypersensitivity as a result of taking this drug.  Low blood sugar, hunger, perspiration, dizziness, nausea, high heart rate, or feeling anxious or shaky are some of the significant and mild adverse effects of this medicine
