Hystane
Hystane Polyethylene glycol 400 Propylene glycol is a Sterile ophthalmic solution used to relieve dry, irritated eyes. It keeps the eye moist, helps to protect the eye from injury and infection. Also decreases symptoms of dry eyes such as burning, itching, and feeling as if something is in the eye caused by wind, sun, heating/air conditioning, computer use/reading, and certain medications.
Hystane Eye Drops of 5 ml cause water to be retained in the stool. This increases the number of bowel movements and softens the stool so it is easier to pass.
Major & minor side effects for Hystane eye drops 5ml:
- Eye discomfort
- Mild eye burning or irritation
- Itching or redness of your eyes
- Watery eyes
- Blurred vision
- Unpleasant taste in your mouth.
When not to use:
· Mycobacterium or fungal infection
· Allergy
· Pregnancy
· Breast-feeding
· Active viral diseases.
Excipients: Boric acid, Hydroxypropyl guar, Polyquaternium-1 as a preservatives.
Composition:
Each ml contains:
Polyethylene glycol 400, 4 mg
Propylene glycol 3 mg

Dosage: Use as directed by the physician’s or pharmacist’s advice.
Precautions: 
Protect from heat and light.
Store below 25°C.
Keep out of reach of children.
Use within one month after opening.
Shake well before use.
