ESPERCIL GEL
Espercil Gel (METRONIDAZOLE) is an antibacterial & antiprotozoal oral gel used in the treatment of infection caused by anaerobic bacteria, periodontal pockets, and dry sockets.
It is mostly used to relieve pain from minor mouth problems like swollen gums/throat/mouth or gum injury.
It is also used to treat gingivitis (a common and mild form of gum disease) and
periodontitis ( a gum disease that destroys the soft tissue and if not treated well, it may destroy the bone that supports your teeth)
The gel is effective in the treatment of many other common dental conditions.

The package contains gel in a 5gram tube.
Each gram contains:
Metronidazole Benzoate (B.P) eq. to
Metronidazole………1%w/w
Metronidazole is good and reliable for treating mouth infections like infected gums and dental abscesses.

Applicants & Directions
Apply Espercil Gel on the affected area twice daily or as directed by the physician.
For the treatment of gingivitis, a course of one month is advisable.
Storage 
Store below 30⁰C in a dry place.
Protect from light and excessive heat.
Keep out of the reach of children
Instructions
*Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after applying the gel
* Don’t remove the gel by rinsing
* Avoid freezing
* To be sold only on the prescription of a registered medical practitioner.
*Not to be swallowed
*Should not be used by children under age 3.
