Neo Tears

Neo Tears Hypromellose and Dextran 70 by VEGA is a lubricant eye drop, a 15 ml (approx.) sterile ophthalmic solution. It is used to provide temporary relief for dry, irritated, burning, or tired eyes.

Package Contains: Each Neo Tears package contains a 15 ml eye dropper bottle in a plastic dropper bottle & a leaflet.

Composition: Neo Tears

Each ml contains:

Hypromellose 3mg

Dextran 70 1mg (Vega Specs)

Preservative: Sodium Perborate.

Dosage: Instill one to two drops in the affected eye (s) as needed or as directed by the Physician. See package insert for further details.

Indications / Uses: Neo Tears is used for the temporary relief of burning and irritation due to dryness of the eye and for use as a protectant against further irritation. For the temporary relief of discomfort due to minor irritation of the eye or to exposure to wind or sun. Administration: Follow these steps to put in eye drops correctly.

  • Wash your hands with soap and

  • If the eye drops are cloudy, gently shake the bottle well before using
  • Hold the dropper tip down all the
  • This stops the drops from flowing back into the bulb where there may be germs that can get into the medicine.
  • The eye drops must be kept
  • Lie down or tilt your head

Warnings: For ophthalmic use only. If you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eyes, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours, discontinue the use and consult the Physician. If you have glaucoma, do not use this product except under the advice or supervision of a physician.

Overuse of this product may produce increased redness of the eyes. All contact lens wearers must see their eye care professionals as directed. If your lenses are for extended wear, your eye care professional may prescribe more frequent visits. If the solution changes color or becomes cloudy, do not use it. To avoid contamination, do not touch the tip of the container to any surface. Replace cap after use.

Caution: Use the solution within four weeks after first opening the bottle.

Pregnancy & Lactation: If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using the product.
