Eyemox-D Sterile Ophthalmic Solution to clean and heal the eyes.

Composition:

Each ml contains:

Moxifloxacin HCI is equivalent to Moxifloxacin 5mg & Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate equivalent to Dexamethasone Phosphate 1mg.

Preservative: Benzalkonium chloride

Dosage:

Instill one drop in the affected eye (s) 3 times a day or as directed by the physician. See package insert for further details.

Instructions:

Store below 30°C. Protect from heat and sunlight. Keep out of the reach of children. On prescription only.

Caution:

Use the solution within four weeks after first opening the bottle. FOR OPHTHALMIC USE ONLY.
