SPECTRAZOLE

SPECTAZOLE (Betamethasone & Clotrimazole) cream is a type of medicine that is used for external purposes on the skin either infected by burning, rashes, or post-operative pain in the body.

Uses: This cream is indicated for the topical treatment of the following infections which are mentioned below

  • Tinea pedis SPECTRAZOLE
  • Tinea cruris
  • Candidiasis
  • Burning
  • Joint pain
  • Tissues infected
  • Swelling

Package contains: Each package contains a tube of SPECTAZOLE 15 gm cream with head sealed and leaflet for instructions.

Composition:

Each gram of the total contains:

 Betamethasone (dripropionate) BP 0.5 mg

(0.05%w/w)

Clotrimazole BP 10 mg

(1%w/w)

Dosage:

Apply sparingly to the affected area as per the directions of the physician.

Gently massage sufficient SPECTAZOLE cream twice daily.

Instructions:

For External use only.

Keep all medicines out of the reach of the children.

Protect the medicine from the following which mentioned:

  • Sunlight
  • Heat
  • Moisture
  • Freeze

Store below 25° C

Dispose of unused material when treatment is completed.

Cautions:

To be sold on prescription of a registered medical practitioner only.

This medicine causes some common side effects which mention below

  • Paresthesia  SPECTRAZOLE-BACK
  • Rashes
  • Edema
  • Secondary infections
  • Blistering
  • Peeling
  • Urticaria
  • Irrigation
  • Acneiform (rare)
  • Eruptions (rare)

If any of these side effects persist, report to your physician promptly.

Warnings:

Must see the expiry date before using.

Avoid taking it if the seal is broken.
