Clozox-H (Clotrimazole, U.S.P) 10mg / g & (Hydrocortisone as Acetate, B.P) 10mg / g 10g cream is for external use only. It is used for skin diseases.

Package Contains: The box of Clozox-H contains a cream tube of 10mg and a leaflet.

Composition:

Each gram of cream contains:

Clotrimazole, U.S.P 10mg.

Hydrocortisone as Acetate, B.P 10mg.

Dosage: See package insert for full prescribing information or as directed by the registered doctor.

Directions for use: Gently rub a small quantity of Clozox-H cream into the affected area and surrounding skin 2-3 times daily or as directed by your doctor.

Uses: Clozox-H cream is a broad-spectrum anti-inflammatory and antifungal medicine used on the skin to relieve the redness, swelling, itching, and discomfort due to skin problems such as Nappy rash, Candida infections, Fungal infection dermatitis, Tinea infections such as Jock itch and Athlete’s foot.

Cautions: Do not use the cream under dressings or on large areas near the eyes, or on children under 2 years of age unless a doctor has prescribed it. Do not use it for acne. Do not use it in the eyes.

Contraindications: Patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the cream should not use.

Side effects: Mild redness of the skin, itching, or irritation of the skin can be developed which is usually of mild nature.

Instructions: Protect from heat, light, and moisture. Store at 15°C to 25°C. Medicines should be kept out of the reach of children. To be sold on the prescription of a registered medical practitioner only.
