Ziclopel 4 is an enteric-coated pellet (Diclofenac Potassium) USP by Z.JANS, 50mg, 4 migraine capsules. It is an NSAID painkiller that is used for immediate relief from headache and pain in the forehead and temples (half-head pain/migraine).

Dosage: 2 Capsules stat or as directed by the physician.

Indications / Uses: Diclofenac potassium belongs to a group of medicines called NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs). It works by reducing the production of chemicals in the body that cause pain and inflammation. This helps relieve moderate pain, including the pain associated with acute migraine attacks.

Headache and pain in the forehead and temples (half-head pain/migraine) can occur for different reasons. A migraine may cause throbbing or moderate-to-severe pain, often affecting one side of the head, including the forehead or temple area. Diclofenac potassium can provide short-term relief from the pain of an acute migraine or headache, but it does not prevent future migraine attacks.

Warnings & Precautions:

  • Take Ziclopel 4 only as directed by your doctor or on the medicine label.
  • It is best to take it with or after food to reduce the chance of stomach irritation.
  • Avoid taking it together with other NSAID painkillers, such as ibuprofen or naproxen, unless your doctor advises you to.
  • If you have a history of stomach ulcers, kidney problems, heart disease, high blood pressure, or an allergy to NSAIDs, talk to your doctor before using it.
  • Stop using it and seek medical help if you experience severe side effects or an unusual reaction.
  • If your headaches or migraines are frequent, unusually severe, or different from your usual headaches, consult a healthcare professional rather than repeatedly using painkillers.
  • Do not use in children and adolescents. Do not use in pregnant women without consulting a doctor.
