Zaprole (omeprazole) is in the form of capsules, and it is used for the treatment of stomach problems. It is a combination of omeprazole. Omeprazole is used for esophagitis, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), acidity, and ulcers.

Dosage & Administration:

As directed by the registered physician. Recommended adult dosage is one capsule daily; the duration depends on the type and severity of the disease. Do not crush or chew the capsule; it should be swallowed whole.  It is good to take this capsule one hour before a meal.

 Contraindications: It is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to any components of this product. Take extra precautions if you have a history of kidney or heart disease.

 Side effects: There are some common adverse reactions are fever, headache, diarrhea, and nausea.

Pregnancy & Lactation: If you are pregnant, use the medicine on your doctor’s advice only. If you are a lactating mother, use it only on your Doctor’s or pharmacist’s advice.
