Servest M (Sitagliptin Phosphate / Metformin HCl) is an oral antidiabetic tablet used along with diet and exercise and sometimes with other medications to lower blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes. It works by increasing the amounts of certain natural substances that lower blood sugar when it is high.

Package Contains: It contains 14 tablets and is available as 50/500mg. Servest-M

Composition:

Each film coated tablet contains:

Sitagliptin (as Phosphate Monohydrate) 50 mg

Metformin HCl 500 mg

Dosage: As directed by the physician or see package insert for full prescribing information.

Uses: As it controls blood sugar levels so it lessens your risk of a heart attack or stroke. Controlling high blood sugar helps prevent kidney damage, blindness, nerve problems, and sexual function problems.

Precautions: Use with caution having COPD, Asthma, Anemia, vitamin B12 deficiency, Kidney disease, Liver disease, Pancreatitis, Gallstones.

Side effects:

  • Diarrhea
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Metallic taste in the mouth
  • Weakness

Instructions:

Store at 25°C.

(Excursions permitted between 15°C – 30°C)

Protect from sunlight light and moisture.

Keep out of the reach of children.
