Folic acid helps form red blood cells & maintains your brain health. Vitamin B-12 plays an essential role in red blood cell formation, cell metabolism, and nerve function.

Iron as ferrous Fumarate is a type of iron that’s used as a medicine to treat and prevent iron deficiency anemia. Iron helps the body to make healthy red blood cells which carry oxygen around the body.

Recommended Dosage: Take One (1) capsule daily as a food supplement or as directed by the physician. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
