Ezomol

Ezomol (Esomeprazole) (relieves heartburn & Ulcer pain) (treats gastric & duodenal ulcers) (Treats gastroesophageal reflux disease) capsules belong to the category Acidity. It works by decreasing the amount of acid your stomach produces. It also blocks the proton pumps in the stomach’s cells. When the proton pumps are blocked, your stomach starts making less amount of acid.

Package Contains: It contains 14 capsules of 20mg.

Composition:

Each capsule contains:

Esomeprazole (as Magnesium Trihydrate) enteric-coated pellets equivalent to Esomeprazole USP 20mg

Dosage: As prescribed by the physician. For details see enclosed leaflet.

Uses: It is used to treat symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and other conditions involving excessive stomach acid such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. Esomeprazole is also used to promote the healing of erosive esophagitis.

Precautions: Daily long-term use (e.g., longer than 3 years) may lead to malabsorption or a deficiency of cyanocobalamin.

Contains enteric-coated granules (acid-labile). Do not chew or crush; take 1 hr before meals. Consult your doctor before breastfeeding. Please consult your doctor when taking this medicine if you are pregnant.

Side effects: It can cause headache, flatulence, dry mouth, abdominal pain, diarrhea, etc.
