Esante (Esomeprazole) Capsule USP is used for the treatment of various stomach disorders caused by the overproduction of stomach acids, such as gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD), gastric ulcers & erosive oesophagitis. Each capsule of Esante contains the active ingredient Esomeprazole.

Package contains: Each pack of Esante contains 14’s capsules of 40mg. Also Available as: Esante 20mg Capsules.

Enteric-coated pellets of Esomeprazole magnesium trihydrate eq. to Esomeprazole 40mg

How it works: Esante capsule is very effective for the treatment of many oesophagus and stomach disorders, including stomach ulcers, Zollinger Ellison Syndrome, heartburn, and gastro-oesophageal reflux disease.

It also promotes the healing of the oesophagus damaged by stomach acid. It works by binding at certain areas of the acid-producing stomach cells and preventing the final step of acid production.

Side effects:

Some common and uncommon side-effects when taking this medicine include:

  • Abdominal pain Esante-back
  • Headache
  • Nausea
  • Diarrhoea
  • Dry mouth

If you experience any side effects that persist or worsen or any unusual symptoms, contact your doctor immediately.

Instructions:

  • Store at 25oC (Execution permitted to 15oC-30oC)
  • Do not chew or crush capsules.
  • Capsule should be swallowed whole with liquid.
  • Protect from light, heat and moisture.
  • Keep all medicine out of reach of children.
  • To be sold on prescription of a registered medical practitioner only.
