Description:

Each capsule contains Cefixime USP 400 mg ( As Cefixime Trihydrate)

Cefixime USP:

It is a class of medicines mainly used to treat infections caused by Bacteria and serves as Antibiotics.

It is used to treat respiratory infections like bronchitis ( infections of airways leading to lungs) and many other infections like sexually transmitted infections of the ears, nose, or throat.

This medicine works only for Bacterial infections and will not be helpful for viral infections. This medicine works by putting stop to bacterial growth within the body. It is used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections which is why it is called broad-spectrum bacteria.

Patients with specific allergies shall take advice from doctors before consuming Cefixime. For best results, try not to skip any dose and take each dose at the same time of the day so that you don’t forget it.
