GHR 42 Oti Symplex is a homeopathic medicine used in reducing inflammation and relief from pain in the ear.
Package contains: Each packet contains 20 ml bottle of drops. 
Composition:
(100 ml contain):
Aconitum napellus 6x 0.90 rill, Capsicum annuum 4x 0.90 ml, Chamomilla recutita ∅ 3.60 ml, Echinacea purpurea ∅ 26.50 ml.
Hydrastis canadensis 4x 0.90 ml, lodum 4x 0.90 ml, Natrium tetraboracicum 8x 0.90 ml, Sambucus nigra ∅ 3.60 ml and Sanguinaria canadensis ∅ 1.80 ml.
Other ingredients include Ethanol 57% (m/m) also contains 60 vol.-% alcohol.
Dosage: 15 to 25 drops three times a day along with some water or use as prescribed by the physician or specialist.
Indications: It is effective in the treatment of inflammation of the ear due to any reason, reduces the pain in the ear caused by swelling or any infection. 
Precautions:
- Use if prescribed to use.
- Keep away from each of children.
- The drops are only to be used for ear.
