Sitazan
Sitazan (Sitagliptin + Metformin Hydrochloride) tablet is used with a proper diet and exercise program to control high blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes. Insulin is a hormone that is made naturally in your body, in the pancreas. It helps to control the levels of sugar in your blood.
Package Contains: It contains 14 tablets and is available as 50/500MG Tablets. It is also available in a package of 14 Tablets as 50/1000MG.
Composition: 
Each film coated tablet contains:
Sitagliptin as Phosphate 50 mg
Metformin Hydrochloride 500 mg
