DS Cefgen
DS Cefgen (Cefixime) is a Third Generation Oral Cephalosporin Antibiotic in 30ml Suspension after Reconstitution. This medicine is 200mg/5ml Powder for Oral Suspension.
Pack contains: The pack contains 30ml syrup containing 200/5ml of the composition along with the cup.
Composition: 
Each 5m1 (1 teaspoonful) of reconstituted suspension contains: Cefixime Trihydrate equivalent to Cefixime 200mg.
(USP Specs).
Directions for Reconstitution
To prepare 30ml oral suspension use the provided cup. Shake the bottle to loosen the mass. Add two measured cups of freshly boiled and cooled water and shake vigorously after each addition.
Dosage: Use as directed by the physicians.
Uses: The diseases, ailments, & symptoms are treated, controlled, prevented, & improved using Cefgen Powder include Tonsillitis & pharyngitis, acute bacterial sinusitis of the maxilla, & Gonorrhea without complications.
Precautions: Shake well before use. After reconstitution, the best use of suspension is up to 7 days. If stored at room temperature (15-25°C). However, if stored in the refrigerator, reconstituted suspension can be used up to 14 days.
Note: Replace the cap securely after use. The expiry date is subjected to the storage of the product under suggested conditions.
Storage: Store at room temperature (15-25°C) in a dark and dry place.
Side effects: 
The probable negative effects that may occur from all of DS Cefgen’s ingredients include diarrhea, hypersensitivity, nausea, or pain in the chest.
